Description

It seems to be hard-wired into our human DNA, doesn’t it? The quest for influence and impact drives us. We long for the right platform to serve from and all too often play the comparison game. Then we begin to blame our perceived lack of greatness on other people and circumstances.

  • Some elder or church lady doesn’t respect me enough.
  • The people are anti-vision.
  • I must have some deep hidden sin in my life.
  • If I had more money, a bigger building, and a winning smile, it would be easy for me, too!

Maybe our definition of greatness isn’t what it should be. Maybe we are looking too much at what we think, and not enough at what God’s view of greatness is. You have in your hands an honest look at what many of us have experienced in ministry and the journey we need to go on if we want to actually enjoy life.

Come join Jason on his quest to lay all that down and be able to say, I am
Not A Rock Star Pastor.
